Return & Refund Policy

At Nutrivina, we stand behind the quality of our handmade soap products.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Because of the hygienic nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nutrivinanature.com and include photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
