So I’m on my last day of the cleanse. The first few days I followed the directions and started with one pill at night the first few nights, and it did what it should. Lots of cramping for me, but I don’t think I drank enough water. Now that I’m almost done it’s not as intense and not as much as the start. All in all I’m happy with the product. I did this cleanse because I was suffering from a bout of constipation. I was only going a few times a week. I’m hoping this will give me a fresh start. I notice I had a bit more energy. Would definitely do this again in a month or so. Please stay near bathrooms.
